We have two groups of photographers: Our "Featured photographers" that have been with us a longer amount of time, generally several years each, and are more "seasoned" - our battle hardened vets, shall we say; and then we have our "Young Talents" that have generally been shooting weddings "with" us for a year or two, but have not had as much experience shooting weddings "for" us with primary responsibility. There are some exceptions to the rule either way.
